The charge was for the renewal of your account based on the preferences you currently have set on your My Account page.
If at anytime you want to adjust the settings of your membership, including your billing, profile, and other preferences -
1. Go to http://www.shadowshopper.com

Log in with your username and password
3. Click on the My Account page in the upper right corner of the page.
To adjust your renewal preferences or to cancel your account- 4. Click the Edit button beneath the Account Renewal section of the page 5. Choose the preference you want 6.
Make sure to click the SAVE CHANGES button in order for your selection to be logged and saved in your membership profile. A confirmation email will be sent to you for your records to confirm the change.
I have used Shadow Shopper for many years and I never had a problem with the site or getting my money back if i was charged incorrectly by Jonathan. I had many, many jobs from that site that went from mystery shopping, to retail merchandising as well as performing audits at Pet Smart.
All from that site.
I at one point worked for 16 different companies so I had checks coming from many different places. You got to work with the site and just follow through.
